Ever since the inception of our parent company in February 2007, we have sourced, acquired, developed, refurbished and managed student accommodation throughout all the major cities in the UK. Our property division, Mansion Property Management is responsible for managing all our properties as well as committing ourselves to every aspect of our student’s living experience. Students are given complete peace of mind knowing that they are living in a safe and reputable residence with our ANUK national code accreditation. Student welfare is of the utmost importance to us! Not only are we committed to provide our students with a first-class accommodation service, we are devoted to taking care of our students. To ensure this, we have Hospitality and Maintenance teams appointed to each of our developments.

Sunny Peterson Hall, is hands down the best student accommodation I have resided in. Shayne and Wendy are lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. Always make me and my flatmates so welcome. The feeling of being safe in a clean welcoming environment really is refreshing. The location is perfect for uni, walks, bars, and restaurants. Everything is on the doorstep. Knowing I can rely on coming home to a happy friendly place is definitely up there with how much I appreciate living here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The property is located very close to the University of Leeds and has a lot of food options available at a walk of mere 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tracy. She is a sweetheart! You can go to her for any issue and it will be resolved immediately. A nice and safe place to live.

Stayed here for 3 years running, the staff are excellent and the amount you get for the money is amazing. The en-suite is sizeable and the whole room area has plenty of space and storage. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboards and bench space. It is close enough to town and Northumbria Uni where you can walk with no issue, the accom faces the quayside. Overall, a positive place to live with many benefits.

One of the standout improvements is the fantastic new refurbishment. The flats now have a modern look that's aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location is incredibly ideal and convenient.
