To qualify for this Cashback offer, the Referred Friend must:   

• Have booked a room for the 2025/26 academic year for a minimum of 45 weeks with a fully completed tenancy contract.

• Provided the name of the referrer at the time of booking. This will be added to the promotion section of the referred friend’s tenancy agreement.

• Have checked into the property, paid all rent instalments and not be in arrears.

• Available for direct bookings only

Referrer: 

• To process your entitlement to the cashback offer, once your eligibility has been confirmed you will be required to provide bank details to your Hospitality Manager on-site, after which we will arrange payment. A UK bank account will be required for payment to be made into. 

A £75 Termination of Tenancy payment will apply. The Termination of Tenancy payment must be paid within this 3 day period. If the Termination of Tenancy payment is not paid within this 3 day period we reserve the right to revoke this promotion and refuse your release from the contract

Where the reason for cancellation cannot be proved in line with the above, the student will remain liable for the full contractual rent, unless and until a replacement tenant is found. A request for Termination of Tenancy made for any other reason other than that listed above (such as moving to a competitor) will be treated in line with our standard cancellation policy.
